Courtesy
of Joe Maxwell - the man behind Max Decals, we've been sent the following two
sets of decals for the Matchbox (now Revell) Westland Lysander kit. The
Lysander carried some fairly plain colour schemes through it's service career,
but if you're looking for something just a little different these two sheets
will provide the answer!
Sheet
3201 provides markings for three interesting aircraft:

The image has
been deliberately degraded to
prevent un-authorised reproduction of the decal sheet.

Lysander
I, Y513 No. 1 Army Co-Operation Squadron, Royal Egyptian Air Force 1940
Lysander
IIIA, 361 Grupo de Reconhecimento e Informacao, Portuguese AF 1943
Lysander
II, No. 66, 1 Fighter Squadron, Irish Air Corps 1942.
Sheet
3202 provides markings for another three subjects:

The image has
been deliberately degraded to
prevent un-authorised reproduction of the decal sheet.
This
second sheet contains three aircraft once again - all camouflaged and two
brightened up with black and yellow striped undersides for Target Tug work.

Lysander
TT III V9817, 3 Gunnery and Tow Target
Flt. US 8th Army Air Force, March 1944
Lysander
TT III T1445, K-W6-K 755 Naval Air Squadron, Fleet Air Arm, 1941-42
Lysander
II 3106, Turkish Air Force 1939
Both
sheets are superbly printed by Propagteam, with excellent colour and register
and are highly recommended. If you don't fancy doing 6 Lysanders, just think
of the opportunities that some of the National Insignias on these sheets
provide for other subjects!
I feel
an Irish Lysander coming on!
SIG
Rating? Excellent!
